Lasagne of bread carasau, artichokes and potatoes

To be honest I would never have thought to cook the lasagna with bread carasau, but I read a recipe in a blog this, and I could not help but take the ' idea, modeled on the ingredients I had and voila, a wonder, I know that the picture does not believe me but the crunchiness of the bread is a carasau lust.


Ingredients for a cake of 26 cm, 4: 4 sheets of bread
carasau;
4 potatoes, artichokes
5;
50 g Parmesan cheese;
1 / 2 lemon juice;
200ml of sauce;

I have prepared the sauce, because, for a change I did not have at home.
I started to clean the artichokes, cutting it pretty thin and soaking them in acidulated water. In
while I put on a bit 'in the water, I boiled the potatoes, then I mashed with a fork (a good option would be to create a puree, the next time!).
Sauté the artichokes with a little 'oil (I no garlic, are intolerant).
Soak the sheets of bread into the pan and lay the first (mine was in silicone so I did not use parchment paper), then dial the layer of artichokes, white sauce, potatoes and cheese, so to finish up all the components of the dish .
Bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
