E' stata veramente dura, tanto che non sono riuscita a onorare l'impegno di spedire i pacchi entro il 10 di dicembre ma, haimè l'ho fatto il 15, con conseguente ritardo nella consegna alle mie due compagne Serena e Barbara.
Devo dire però che è una bella scoperta lo swap...l'idea di regalare qualcosa a qualcuno che non si conosce è un bello stimolo, mi ha fatto apprezzare nuovamente la gioia Christmas. Questo piatto l’ho mangiato per la prima volta a casa di mia sorella, l’ho adorato subito, è banalmente un pasticcio di pesce con patate, ma è talmente banale che anche una neofita come me lo può fare perchè alla fine non bisogna sfilettare nulla e non bisogna avere chissà che manualità. Spero di riuscire a rifarlo a Natale…pare che alla Cuoca suprema non dispiaccia se cucino qualcosa…a Natale diventiamo tutti più buoni è proprio vero!
Ritornando alla ricettina è per 4 persone e prevede , tra parentesi metto la ricetta originale:
180 g di merluzzo, senza pelle (500g);
500g salmon, skinned (225gg)
425 g of milk, 1 bay leaf
